Recent or Upcoming Webinars

Webinar with Chantal M Roberts, CPCU, AIC, RPA, ITP, on Insurance Basics for Litigators.

What an informative webinar we had in November featuring Chantal M Roberts, CPCU, AIC, RPA, ITP.  Shoutout to Chantal for her informative presentation on "Insurance Basics for Litigators."

Chantal's acronym of DICED and great flowcharts made these basic insurance terms and concepts come alive. Moderator and First Court Litigation Consultant Kristi Harrington began the webinar by reading "Hickory, Dickory, Dock" from Chantal's latest book, "Once Upon a Claim," and a free signed copy was given to one of the webinar participants! If you are interested in receiving a copy of Chantal's presentation PowerPoint or the recording of this webinar, reach out to caroline@firstcourt.com.
