Starting in 2023, First Court has donated 1% of all company profits to charitable causes we have signed on with Pledge 1% to formalize this commitment.
Our goal with donating 1% of our profits to charity is to give back to our communities, and to empower our employees to make positive changes to worthy causes they care about. Each year, all our employees vote and decide which charities we will be giving the 1% of of our profits to in the coming year. This year our donations are being split among these four organizations:
- Scholarship America, which Scholarship America aims to eliminate financial barriers to students’ dreams.
- The Association for the Recovery of Children, which works to rescue missing, exploited, and trafficked American children.
- Saint Gianna & Pietro Molla Maternity Home, which is dedicated tor to providing safe shelter, food, clothing, education, counseling and spiritual support to women experiencing a crisis pregnancy.
- Charity: Water, which funds community-owned water projects around the world for people who lack access to clean water.
