Jayne Carlson is President and head mediator and has overall responsibility for JDC's workplace accounts, specializing in mediation services, regulatory affairs, litigation management, and corporate governance. Jayne is an independently trained certified mediator specializing in Insurance and business disputes (Completed forty hours of mediation training in accordance with M.G.L. ch.233 § 23C with MWI in Boston, MA.) Prior to JDC Consulting, Ms.
Carlson assumed roles as a legal analyst, legal bill auditor, and client advisor for three major international insurance companies and for two major international law firms. Jayne is accomplished in all Federal and State laws related to insurance and litigation. All aspects of Litigation pertaining to Insurance (Plaintiff, Defense, Subrogation) and a multitude of other facets of law as well. Ms. Carlson has been involved in several high-profile media cases.
Ms. Carlson's specialties are as follows: Settlement Negotiations, Interpreting Contract Language, Quick Over-All Analysis, and Assessment of Large Complex Cases. Risk assessment/Risk Management.
