Damon is the Director of Information Technology at First Court, where he manages the software development team, oversees all company networking and hardware management, and provides technical support to all of the staff.
Before joining the First Court staff in 2014, Damon worked in education for a few years, logistics management for over a decade and broadcasting for about 20 years. He also spent several years contracting and working in the legal field as a technician and IT administrator.
When time allows, Damon likes to volunteer for education-based community outreach programs, particularly with an emphasis on STEM fields. If he’s not volunteering or working at First Court, you’ll find him at home with his beautiful family.
