Layne Kertamus

Layne Kertamus is a Utah State Court Rostered mediator working primarily in the arena of insurance claims disputes and other matters related to insurance. With the benefit of over thirty years or insurance, reinsurance, and alternative risk experience his technical expertise extends to many lines of property and casualty business including General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers Compensation, Property, Excess and Umbrella, Professional Liability, and unique and unusual risks. He has mediated complex transactions and participated in reinsurance arbitrations and commutations. He is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and holds an MA in Communication. His training includes the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and he has taught conflict resolution to businesses nationwide.
