Jason Rubin has been a trial attorney at a mid-sized litigation firm for well over two decades. He has analyzed thousands of cases for settlement and has tried several claims to verdict. His success has been recognized by Thomson Reuters, which has designated him a Super Lawyer every year since 2016. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In the past several years, Jason has devoted a portion of his practice to mediation and arbitration. He serves monthly as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Civil Trial Division and volunteers with the Bar of Philadelphia's Fee Dispute Program. Jason is a certified arbitrator for the 1st Judicial District of Pennsylvania and regularly sits as an arbitrator.
