Frank Spector is the third generation of lawyers in his family. For 30 years, he has handled all types of medical malpractice cases including brain damage, child injuries, erb's palsy, cerebral palsy, wrongful death, surgical error, infectious disease, orthopedic injuries, delays in diagnosis, and catastrophic injuries. Frank also has experience in complicated business and contract litigation. He represented over 400 Dr. Levy patients in the $190 million dollar recovery against Johns Hopkins. He is listed in Maryland SuperLawyer Magazine for Medical Malpractice. His AVVO rating is 10 out of 10. Frank is a certified mediator in the Circuits Courts. He helps parties resolve their disputes in a wide variety of matters including personal injury, contracts, and business conflicts. He is available for private mediation upon request. Frank is a 1984 graduate of McDonogh School. He attended college at Duke University from 1984-1988 and earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law (with honors) in 1991. He is a benefactor of the law school and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Baltimore Law School. He has been asked to speak to lawyers from the Maryland State Bar Association, The Baltimore City Bar Association, the Maryland Association For Justice, and the American Association For Justice. Frank was the chairperson of the Personal Injury Committee of the Baltimore City Bar Association and is a Bar Foundation Fellow. He is active in his community and volunteers his time to charitable causes such as Ronald McDonald House, the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society, and the Jewish National Fund.
