David M. Henn is an attorney and registered civil mediator in Indianapolis, Indiana. Over more than 26 years, Mr. Henn has litigated in the state and federal courts in the northern and southern districts of Indiana as well as the northern district of Illinois and the US Immigration Court. Mr Henn has appeared before the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals in Indiana. Mr. Henn has litigated both plaintiff and defense cases in employment disputes including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA and other federal and state statutes.
