Bryant Galindo

Bryant is a certified Mediator who has been a leader in virtual mediation and alternative dispute resolution services for the last six years. He has mediated complex business disputes, employment matters, breach of contract claims, business dissolution, and equity restructuring deals virtually. Bryant collaborates with parties to break an impasse when they are unwilling to compromise, helping clients to successfully find a new middle when a deal is in jeopardy. Prior to starting his mediation practice, Bryant was an employment mediator with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and volunteered as a panel mediator with the Los Angeles Superior Court System where he mediated small claims disputes. Bryant received his mediation training through Columbia University, School of Law and obtained his Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University. Recently, Bryant was shortlisted by the National Mediator Awards (a UK Organization) for an award in the Mediator Newcomer Category for his work building and scaling out a virtual mediation practice.
