Lisa Pulkrabek joined First Court as a Jury Recruiter in the fall of 2017. She is currently working to write creative advertisements, discover jurors that accurately mirror the demographics of a venue, and support her clients and colleagues. Born and raised in Bismarck, ND, Lisa now lives just a few miles outside of Mandan, ND on a beautiful stretch of family land, where she gardens and preserves the fruits of the land in her free time.
What’s your favorite thing about working at First Court?
We have a great crew! First Court is a family-owned business that always puts family first and allows its employees the same privilege by allowing us to work flexible hours remotely if necessary. We are a close knit group that encourages each other and helps each other out in times of need.
What are two fun facts about you?
I love to grow an organic garden and get my hands dirty in the dirt. I also know how to preserve a variety of those garden foods for the winter. My husband and six kids enjoy pickles, jellies and salsa the most.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
If I could travel anywhere in the world it would be to the Holy Land to see first hand the places where Jesus lived, walked and changed the world!
What's your biggest dream?
My biggest dream is to turn our empty land into a working farmstead where we raise animals and crops to eat and to sell in a "farm to table" manner.
What would you order at a coffee shop?
A caramel macchiato.
