The last step before your mediation is Virtual Coffee:
Virtual Coffee is an optional - but strongly encouraged - part of every 1 Hour Mediation. Once the mediation is on the books, we will reach out to both sides to schedule a short conference call for sometime before the mediation.
In this call, you will have the chance to simply take five minutes and introduce yourself to First Court and one another... like we all did BEFORE the internet. If schedules allow, we prefer to schedule this in the week prior to your mediation, but we understand that everyone is busy, so we can also add this quick call immediately before your mediation so that you do not have to schedule two events.
Once we have scheduled, prepared, and introduced ourselves, we are ready to close the file!
