Once both parties agree to participate in a 1 Hour Mediation, there is a small amount of preparation work to get ready for the mediation

First Court will send each side a link to a short web form. This will take care of the logistics leading up to mediation, and will help your mediator to understand the main issues in the case: 

• Rules and Scope of Mediation
• Basic facts
• Your evaluation
• The roadblock preventing resolution (if any)
• Objectivity check (one strength a jury might find in the other side's case)
• Billing information

This prep information takes most clients 15-20 minutes, but is done at your own pace anytime before the mediation. Once you submit, we can start to better understand your case, and make your 1 Hour Mediation as effective as possible.
