Your Hour is over... the next steps depend on how your mediation ended:
If you agreed on a settlement during your mediation, congratulations! You coordinate the logistics of the settlement directly with your counterpart (release, W-9s, payment, etc).
If you did not reach a settlement - but did agree on a Closure Plan - First Court will provide each side with a proposal for the plan and coordinate the execution.
If you end in impasse and cannot agree on a Closure Plan, you both walk away from your mediation with no further obligation, but confident that you need to make the investment in preparing for trial.
