First Court has evaluated theme park and camp accidents in Iowa, Florida, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, New York and New Jersey. These are cases of hard contrast, where people sign up for a good time--but come home maimed, crippled or dead.

Some of our cases have involved punitive damage claims, but most are straight negligence cases focusing on company safety procedures, hiring practices, and fair damages.
