The parties agree that FIRST COURT will conduct a Roundtable research session, as described at http://www.firstcourt.com/services/roundTable/ for CLIENT on the following terms:

1. CLIENT shall be 100% satisfied with this low-cost research format, or First Court will waive its fee and only receive its actual costs incurred.
    
2. The Roundtable will employ at least six jurors from County, State of and will be completed on or before , 2008.
    
3. CLIENT agrees to pay a basic fee of $8,500 for this Roundtable, such funds to be delivered to First Court at least ten business days before the scheduled Roundtable date. The Basic fee includes professional time (four hours for working up the Presentations, one hour of telephone consultation, and five hours to conduct the Roundtable), Recruiting and compensating six jurors @$200, Conference room, internet, food, and beverage charges up to $1,200, Videoconference equipment rental @ $300, and shipping charges up to $400.
4. CLIENT agrees to deliver nine copies of the Juror Packet and two sets of all video recordings to First Court at least ten days prior to the scheduled start of the RoundTable. In the event that these items are not completed properly, or are delivered in a timely manner, CLIENT agrees to pay an additional rush fee of $750.
5. CLIENT agrees to pay for the cost of other services CLIENT orders or approves, including items such as:

1. Additional professional time for preparation or analysis, @ $225/hour;
2. Videotaped Opening arguments @ $250/party;
3. Additional equipment rental or acting fees, at actual cost incurred;
4. Conference room, food and beverage charges in excess of $1,200;
5. Multipoint video-conference or telephone charges, at actual cost incurre
