First Court has evaluated a wide variety of nursing home cases, involving issues ranging from resident walk offs in East St. Louis, to improper pest control (red ant stings) in Houston, to assault and battery by ex-convicts in Memphis.

Jurors know that the care of our elderly raises many difficult policy choices; they tend to resolve these cases by looking closely at the demeanor of the caregivers and the level of commitment shown by the claimant family members.
