Medical Malpractice

The very first two cases that First Court evaluated, back in the 1980s, were claims of professional negligence against health care providers—one was a missed cancer diagnosis, and the other involved a malodorous gauze bandage left inside a female surgical patient.
We know how jurors in different parts of the country tend to respect good doctors, and how they can resent doctors with a poor bedside manner. First Court is experienced in the dynamic between doctors, nurses, clinics and hospitals. We had been in the field for several years before the National Practitioner Data Bank was initiated.
