Boating Accidents

First Court has researched boating accidents in California, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin. We have found that non-boaters on the jury are often leery about the water;  many jurors are more willing to look at contributory fault issues in boating accidents than in most other injury and claim scenarios.

Safety training and safety issues, on both sides, tend to receive a disproportionate amount of attention in a boating accident.
