Bad Faith Disputes

First Court has helped to evaluate and resolve a number of claims against carriers, in venues ranging from North Dakota to Texas. These are sensitive conflicts, and must be researched carefully. Nobody wants to help prove an opponent’s case, or add fuel to the fire.
On the other hand, the truth is important. Finding out what a local group of fair-minded jurors honestly thinks about the decision making within a claims department can be extremely valuable. The key word in evaluating a bad faith claim is discretion.
